Associated Cardiologists, P.C. is a group of dedicated cardiovascular specialists that has been treating patients in the central Pennsylvania area for over twenty years. The group has grown dramatically over the years in response to the needs of the community, the developments in technology, and the sub-specialization in the cardiovascular area. The group was founded in 1978 by L. Bruce Althouse, M.D. and Donald Durbeck, M.D. and has grown to 17 cardiologists and over 100 support staff.

The physicians in the group have emphasized state of the art treatments for cardiovascular disease, with participation in research studies to insure that the most appropriate and current treatments are available.
